We want you to be 100% happy with your tea, but if you're not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on packs that have been opened.

Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Send your parcel back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service; remember to keep your proof of postage.
